Georgia’s 70,150 miles of streams and rivers need your help! Our waterways provide us with fresh drinking water, great recreational opportunities like canoeing and fishing, and they serve as a pleasant respite from our busy day to day lives. This is your opportunity to help protect one of our most precious resources…water!
October 22 marks the Creek Freak’s Annual River’s Alive cleanup. Join our team as we clear the trash out of Butler Creek and the Mayor’s Fish’n Hole.
We plan to meet in the front parking lot at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park at 9 am and work till noon.
ESG Operations will be providing lunch when we finish. Register early – the first 50 volunteers receive a free T-shirt with this year’s design!
