Forest Communities Hike: Lick Fork Lake Recreation Area Horn Creek Trail

October 20 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

This is a study of a mesic Piedmont slope and Floodplain. We will be hiking through both Oak – Pine – Hickory Forest and Bottomland Hardwood Floodplain. The trail is mostly easy walking on a gentle slope but might include crossing a few streams.
