Supplies: Students bring their own supplies. A full list will be provided.

Join expert instructor Dick Dunlap to learn the beautiful art of plein air oil painting on canvas in partnership with Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art.

Cancellation Reimbursement Policy

If Phinizy Center has to cancel a program or class due to weather or low enrollment, you will be given the choice of applying your registration to another class or program, receiving a full refund, or giving your registration as a tax-deductible contribution to Phinizy Center.

Individual Refund Request:

In order to receive a full refund of fees paid, Phinizy Center requires a minimum notice of two weeks for any cancellation of a program, field trip, or class.  If you make a request for a refund with less than two weeks notice, a refund will not be guaranteed and will be made on a case by case basis.

Rental Refunds:

Rental refunds are based on the language of the individual agreement you sign at the time of rental confirmation.
