Yoga Flow with Jane Cason

Yoga Flow is a series of basic yoga poses linked by breath and movement. These poses create space in the body to promote increased flexibility, balance, and mobility. This class will start with a warm-up, followed by a series of standing poses, before moving to the floor to work on poses that stretch and strengthen the muscles that support the spine. We will end with 10 – 15 minutes of relaxation. The class will run for 75 minutes.
The green earth gives us a strong foundation, the birds and other creatures give us unique music, and the landscape relaxes the mind.
So bring your mat, a towel, plenty of water, and a willing spirit!
Spaces are limited. Pre-registration is required.
This class is for ages 18 and up. It is $5 per person, to be paid when you check-in to the event. Please bring exact change.
