Yoga Flow with Jane Cason
This day's event is cancelled Yoga Flow is a series of basic yoga poses linked by breath and movement. These poses create space in the body to promote increased flexibility, balance, and mobility. This class will start with a warm-up, followed by a series of standing poses, before moving to the floor to work on poses that stretch and strengthen the muscles that support the spine.
