Stephen Beacham
Laboratory Supervisor
Raised in Augusta, Stephen grew up with an appreciation and love for the Savannah River and its surroundings. He graduated with a bachelors in biology from Young Harris College. Exploring the outdoors there he discovered a desire to work in environmental protection and education to help preserve what he enjoyed most. While working in labs for pharmaceutical manufacturers, Stephen realized his need to be in a more outdoors environment and moved to the Phinizy lab where he feels more at home.
