Look no further! Phinizy Swamp Nature Park, located in Augusta, Georgia (just minutes from downtown), has just the camp for you!
The Phinizy Center’s Education Staff welcomes all rising 1st through 6th graders to come join us for a fun-filled week of outdoor exploration in our Swamp Explorers Summer Camp!
Our days at camp will be spent exploring our 1,100 acre beautiful backyard, Phinizy Swamp Nature Park. Through guided nature hikes, hands-on science-based activities, and nature-themed arts and crafts, campers will get to explore the amazing wonders of our natural world.
Included in the weekly camp price, we will provide a reusable water bottle and a camp T-shirt. Parents will provide a packed lunch and a snack for each day.

June 5-9: Bees, Birds, and Butterflies
June 12-16: Swamp Critters
June 19-23: The Amazing Food Web
June 26-30: Adventure in the Forest
Grouping is done by 2023-2024 grade level and age:
Campers will range from rising 1st-6th grade and will be split into 3 groups based on the ages we have registered for the week.
